We will only accept bookings from Guide Group Leaders or Girl Guide Queensland. We cannot accept individual Guide bookings. Guides will only be permitted onsite at PGL Kindilan for a confirmed booking, or pre-arranged site tour via PGL Adventure Camps. These prices are only for active Guide Groups, and Girl Guide participants. Retired Girl Guides and Girl Guide leaders are eligible for these prices if meeting for reasons associated with Girl Guide activities. The Group Leader will be the only person PGL Adventure Camps will communicate with regarding the booking. Once the booking is confirmed, any amendments must be submitted in writing. Girl Guide Getaway Weekends will remain at the same price regardless of when only part of the program is undertaken – i.e. arriving Saturday morning or leaving before lunch on Sunday. The pricing schedule above remains the same regardless of if Guides are attending PGL Kindilan on a Girl Guide Exclusive weekend or not. All prices above exclude 10% GST. GST will be included in the final invoice. For Girl Guide advertised dates, Girl Guides will have exclusive access to PGL Kindilan and will not be sharing the site with any other groups. For any other weekends, the site may need to be shared with other groups. There is no minimum group size for Guides attending PGL Kindilan if not participating in a Girl Guide Getaway program. A deposit of $100 is required to confirm the booking within 14 days of receiving Booking Contract, and outside of 14 days prior to the intended arrival date. If the deposit is not received within this time frame, then the booking will be cancelled, and we will release the availability. The deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation by guests. The final balance is due 2 weeks prior to arrival and will be based on the final numbers provided by the Party Leader. If the number of guests is increased upon arrival a supplementary invoice will be issued. PGL Adventure Camps will maintain the Activity Bases and ensure they are in safe working order. Girl Guides Queensland are responsible for providing all operationally required equipment and personal protective equipment. Girl Guide Queensland are responsible for supplying Activity Leaders (instructors) who have the required qualifications and experience in line with Girl Guide Queensland operational doctrine.
